Rebecca Meigs (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and navigate life’s challenges. She specializes in working with adults processing religious trauma, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ identity and concerns. To read more about how Rebecca can support with religious trauma, read her blog post “Reckoning with Religion; From the Therapy Couch.”

Rebecca practices from a Health at Every Size® (HAES)-aligned, body-inclusive lens and supports clients navigating the harmful impacts of diet culture, body shame, and purity culture—especially where these intersect with identity and embodiment.

Her therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and narrative therapy to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, values, and sense of self. She is committed to creating a culturally aware, trauma-informed environment where each client’s unique story is honored with empathy and respect.
