Brit (she/they) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), fitness professional, owner of Guerin Therapy Group, and co-founder and owner of Current Wellness, a wellness center in downtown Raleigh.

Brit specializes in working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, disordered eating, disordered exercise, and trauma. As a gender non-confirming person, they also love working with the LGBTQ+ community. She uses a Health at Every Size® approach, a somatic lens, and polyvagal and attachment theory to help clients create a healthy relationship with their body, food, and exercise. They are trained in Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, EMDR for trauma-focused therapy, and the Safe and Sound Protocol.

They strive to offer a nonjudgemental, compassionate, and collaborative connection for you to explore your life and move towards what matters most to you. They believe that unconditional acceptance and love is critical to wellness, and advocates for social justice for marginalized identities.
