Duncan (he/they) works with young people, adolescents, adults, and families of all configurations, with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community and relationship building. They have experience supporting clients from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and are passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for people to explore themselves and their relationships. Duncan also specializes in helping individuals navigate nonmonogamous, polyamorous, queer, kink, and other nontraditional relationships—and the complex emotions that often accompany them.

Their work centers on building a collaborative therapeutic relationship to help clients establish meaningful goals, develop skills for navigating challenging relationships, and find clarity amid life’s transitions. Duncan supports clients in discovering and utilizing their strengths to move beyond unhelpful patterns and build a life that feels more authentic and empowered. They aim to create a space where clients can safely express and explore difficult emotions while cultivating resilience, confidence, and self-awareness.
